Who we are

What we collect

Only what we need to quote for and carry out work on your vehicle:

• Your details — name, email address, phone number, and your preferred way of being contacted.
• Where the work happens — the address and postcode you ask us to attend, and whether it is a business address.
• Your vehicle — registration, make, model, year and fuel type, for each vehicle you save.
• The job itself — what you have asked for, the services and add-ons selected, your description of the problem, quotes, dates, and the service history that builds up over time.
• Messages — anything you send us through the messaging on a job.
• Your acceptance record — that you accepted the terms, which version, and when.

We do not ask for or store card or bank details in this portal. Payment is arranged directly with us.

Why we hold it

To quote for your work, to arrange and carry out the service, to contact you about your job, and to keep the vehicle's service history so future work is done properly.

Who else sees it

As stated in clause 11 of our Terms of Service: your data is never sold, and is not shared with third parties beyond what is required to complete the work — for example a parts supplier.

The portal itself runs on service providers who process data on our behalf in order to make it work:

• Google Firebase — hosting, sign-in, and the database your account and jobs are stored in.
• SendGrid — sending quote and enquiry emails.
• Twilio — sending SMS or WhatsApp messages about your quote, where that route is used.
• Sentry — error reporting, so we can find and fix faults in the portal.

Your account and your choices

You can view and change your name, phone number, saved vehicles and saved addresses at any time from the Profile section of your account, and reset your password from the sign-in screen.

Keeping it to your account

Your jobs, quotes, messages and vehicle records are tied to your own sign-in and are not visible to other customers.
